I would improve the server by giving suggestions to Doug. For the pug server, maybe have a notification after the 3 restarts to make sure the person buys either armor, pistol, or etc.

I was a Server Admin for Slayers Gaming on their Multi-Mode server.

- How will you affect the community of VoucH gaming.
I will affect the community of VoucH gaming in a positive way by banning cheaters that are cheating, enforcing the rules of the server, and asking questions to any higher offical VoucH gaming admin/owner what they need help with.

- If your friend were to be breaking rules what would you do?
I would warn him, then I would either show him the rules or message him what the rules are. If he continues to break the rules, I will temp ban him. (5-10) mins, and tell him if he doesn't stop breaking the rules, then he is not aloud back into the server.

- If another staff member was abusing given powers what would you do?
I would contacted Doug or a higher admin to let him know about the situation.

- What would you do if someone were to come across a hacker?
If I came across a hacker, I would go into spectator and watch the hacker for a few rounds, then I would see if another admin is online to see his/her opinion. If we both agree that the hacker is hacking, then I will ban him perm.

- Background information?
I started playing CS:GO in april 2014. I have played in various CS GO teams. This is my 2nd first person shooter I played. The first game I played was Red Crucible 2.

- Responsibility?
I have been an admin before, so I know the responsibility it takes to be an admin. I don't ban if I get mad at anyone, I am a chill person.
